1. Bookings & Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via YOCO. Your booking is not secured until payment is received and you have received a confirmation email from Ocean Goat Tours.
2. Cancellation Policy
Ocean tours are weather- and sea-condition-dependent. If we cancel your tour for safety reasons, you'll be offered a full refund or a free reschedule. TODO — confirm the customer-initiated cancellation policy (notice period and refund terms) before this page goes live.
3. Health
By completing a booking, you confirm that all members of your group are able to swim and fit to be at sea. Ocean Goat Tours reserves the right to refuse participation on the day if the skipper determines a participant is unfit to safely take part.
4. Safety & Liability
Time on the water carries inherent risk. Ocean Goat Tours takes all reasonable precautions for your safety, but cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or losses arising from participation in our activities where reasonable safety standards have been followed.
Our skipper holds a valid skipper's licence, the vessel carries its certification, and all required safety equipment is on board for every trip.
5. Photography
Ocean Goat Tours may photograph tours for marketing purposes. By booking, you consent to the use of group photographs on our website and social media. Please notify us at time of booking if you do not wish to be photographed.
6. Changes to Terms
Ocean Goat Tours reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
